Please read and share with everyone in your group the following Pre-Jump Information and Booking Policies
Bring your Valid Government Issued Photo ID. No pictures or photocopies allowed, you must have the physical ID.
Without an ID, you cannot skydive. Acceptable forms of ID: State-issued Driver’s license, Permit or ID card, Passport, or Military ID. If you have any questions, please call us (406) 407-7092.
Maximum weight limit of 260 lbs. If you are over 220 pounds, there is an additional fee, as follows:
220-230 lbs - $10
230-240 lbs - $20
240-250 lbs - $30
250 -260 lbs - $40
If you are in any of these ranges, please call us so we can discuss the jump to make sure it can be done safely. The instructor has the final say on whether the jump can proceed.
Dress comfortably for the weather
Please wear clothing that is comfortable and weather appropriate for your skydive. We recommend something flexible/athletic, however jeans are perfectly fine. On cooler spring or fall days, we suggest bringing a sweatshirt or jacket and a pair of gloves. We will provide jumpsuits as needed. On warmer summer days, you are welcome to wear shorts and a t-shirt.
Wear sneakers/athletic shoes with tight fitting laces
No hiking boots, sandals or any type of shoe with open toes, hooks or heels.
Long hair should be pulled back in a low pony tail or braid with a secure hair tie.
Jewelry will need to be removed prior to your jump
Time: It is a 2-3 hour time commitment to make a skydive. Plan to arrive at Skydive Glacier Country 1 hour before your scheduled jump time.
The first hour or so that you are here, you will be filling out a waiver, getting checked in and going through training. After training, you will proceed to the gear area where you will be fitted with a harness and introduced to your instructor. Once you’re harnessed you will be escorted to the jump plane and your adventure will begin!
Spectators are welcome!
We have a large picnic area for friends and family to watch you make your skydive. Pets and children are welcome, however they must be under the control of an adult at all times.
Weather: All weather decisions are made on the jump day, throughout the day.
Weather conditions are variable and change quickly in western Montana. We will be constantly monitoring the weather and you will be notified via text if conditions are not jumpable. If the weather looks questionable, we recommend calling us before you leave your house and we will tell you if we’re jumping. If it is not a jumpable day due to the weather, we will reschedule you to another date of your choice or offer a rain check for a future date.
Jump Altitude not guaranteed. There are many factors that determine how high we can fly. We reserve the right to take you as high as those factors allow. There are no refunds if we are not able to get full altitude.
Want to add someone to your reservation?
You can invite friends to join your reservation up until the day of your skydive (as long as there is still space available at your reserved check in time). If friends want to join your reservation, they can do so by calling us 406-407-7092 or by clicking on the Invite link at the beginning of this email and holding their space with a $89 deposit per person. If the time slot isn’t showing availability online, please call.
Personal Cameras: You and your friends are welcome to have cameras on the ground.
For safety reasons per the United States Parachute Association, you are not allowed to wear or take cameras (including cell phones and GoPros) in the airplane or on the skydive until you have a minimum of 200 skydives and a USPA C-License.
Your $89 per person deposit was charged to the card provided at the time of reservation and will be applied toward the total price on the day of your skydive. You can pay the remaining balance due with Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Debit Card.
Driving Directions:We are located at the Kalispell City Airport. Our address is 20 Ryan Lane Hangar E, Kalispell, MT 59901. The airport is conveniently located between US 93 and 93 Alt in south Kalispell. To reach our hangar from US 93 northbound, turn left on 18th Street E, then left on Airport Road, then left on Airport Way. Traveling south on US 93, take the fork onto Airport Road, left on Airport Way. Once on Airport Way, on the left you will see the airport gate on Ryan Road (it should be open). Once you come through the gate, you will see our hangar ahead and to the right. Please keep to the right of the aircraft tie-down area, and park in the marked section at the west side of the row of hangars.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds for deposits, video add-ons, merchandise or gift cards. If you are unable to complete your jump, you may transfer your reservation to another person.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Reservations are locked in 1 day prior to your scheduled jump, after that no changes, cancellations or refunds will be allowed. More than 1 day out, you may reschedule to another day or get a raincheck for a future date. You may also transfer your reservation to another person. Rainchecks must be used within the same calendar year that they are issued.
That being said, if you are unable to complete your jump at the scheduled time, please call us, even if it's very close to your jump time. We will do our best to reschedule you to another time. If you no-call/no-show, there will be a $50 fee to reschedule.
